1. Order Cancellations

• Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• After 12 hours, production of your neon sign begins, and cancellations may not be possible. If cancellation is requested after production has started, it may be subject to a partial refund, depending on the stage of production.

We encourage you to review your order carefully before confirming your purchase. Once production begins, our team works quickly to bring your custom sign to life, so cancellation may not always be feasible.

2. Returns & Refunds

Because each neon sign is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless:

• ✔ The sign arrives damaged or defective.
• ✔ The sign is not as ordered (wrong design, color, or text).

We do our best to ensure that every sign is made exactly as requested, but if there is an issue with your order, follow the steps below to request a replacement or refund.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

We understand that receiving a damaged or defective product can be frustrating. We take great care in packaging our neon signs to prevent any damage during shipping. However, in the rare event that your sign arrives damaged, follow these steps:

1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
2. Provide clear photos of both the damaged item and the packaging.
3. Our customer service team will review your case and offer a replacement or partial/full refund, depending on the severity of the issue.

Note: Minor color variations or slight differences in brightness are common due to screen display differences and do not qualify as defects. We also take steps to ensure the packaging protects your neon sign during transit, but some minor imperfections in packaging may occur. However, the sign itself should always arrive in perfect condition.

4. Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong design, text, or color (for example, a design or color that does not match your original order), we want to make it right for you. Here’s what you need to do:

• Notify us within 5 days of receiving your sign.
• Provide photos of the sign and your original order details for verification.
• Upon confirmation, we will remake and ship the correct sign to you at no additional cost.

We understand the importance of getting your order exactly right and strive to ensure that every sign is made to your specifications.

5. Non-Returnable Items

While we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• 🚫 Change of mind after production has started.
• 🚫 Incorrect orders due to customer errors, such as misspelled text in the order form.
• 🚫 Normal wear and tear or accidental damage to the sign after use.

It’s essential that all details in your order are double-checked before confirming your purchase, especially for custom text or specific designs. If you’re unsure about any detail, don’t hesitate to reach out to our team for assistance.

6. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method. Depending on the situation, the refund amount will be either a full or partial refund, depending on the case.

For replacements, we will produce a new sign and ship it to you as soon as possible. We aim to ensure that you receive your correct or replacement neon sign in the shortest time possible, so you can start enjoying it right away.

7. Warranty & Support

All neon signs purchased from Custom Neon Boards come with a 12-month warranty that covers manufacturing defects. If you experience any issues with your sign during the warranty period, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the problem and ensure you are completely satisfied.
